Hi everyone! First Id like to say how glad I am to have found this site! yayyy! Ok, heres the scoop! A new mom...she signed my contract Monday, my contract states, You pay even if your child does not come. Welll...he's scheduled mon, tues and wed. He did not come yesterday cause he had a wic appointment. Gramma stops in today to pay. She didnt pay for yesterday Long story short...the mom and child live with gramma. I knowww gramma mayyy not know what my contract says. I am a ninny! haha! How do I bring this up to mom?? Its innn the contract that she just signed mondayyy. Ohhh and the mom said she may or may not bring the child after the wic appt. I said, ok, just let me know. No call...nothing, bleh! Thank youuuu!!!

"Hi Susan. So Grandma gave me the payment for daycare and when I counted it I found that it was $XX short. As a reminder the rate is a flat weekly rate that is based on enrollment, not attendance. The fee is always the same every week even if Little Johnny doesn't come. When can you stop by to drop-off the balance?"
