Remember My 4 yr Old DCB?

Yesterday I caught him trying to look down dcgs pants. Today I heard him asking the girls to shake their bootys for him.

Ok, those [I]might[I] be normal behaviors for a 4yo boy but just now I heard them playing. They are pretending to lay kids down for naps and I heard him say" Okay, go to sleep or I will stab you."

I have him for 6 more weeks and then for the month of August. If I can get through those he'll be gone gone gone! I just hope his little sister is not the same way!

Wow, this kid's mind set is just all over the place.... I wonder what type of things his parent's say in front of him or let him watch on TV at home. Apparently there is a lot of aggressive (and possibly sexual) content he is exposed to (most likely TV his parents let him watch and don't properly screen).

I used to watch/listen to a lot of mature content shows/music when I was a kid and I think it did desensitize me for a while. Though I never randomly acted out violently or drank/smoke/did drugs and never been promiscuous; I did use a lot of words/phrases I didn't really understand the real meaning of (I used to say "I loath you" because I thought it was another way to say "I like/love you"; total opposite... ). I am probably just now starting to gain back my humanity and compassion for others.

Yikes! I don't think I could wait a few more weeks. I couldn't handle the stress of trying to keep all of the rest of the kiddos from being hurt or at least traumatized!

The kids are eating snack right now. 4 kids eating apples, when this dcb announces that "someone" dropped their apple on the floor.

3 kids still have their apples in hand, only dcb is missing his apple.

He denies that he dropped his apple.

I am SURE, 100% positive that he thought I would throw it away because it was dirty, but I didn't. I gave it back to him.

This is the 3rd time today he has lied to me. He just doesn't get it. When I try and explain what a lie is, or that lying is undesirable behavior, his eyes glaze over. He has a missing link that's for sure!

I'd be very careful because you wouldn't want to lose other kids over something DCB said/did to them. Can you term? I would hate to live with that stress!

That's true. I'd be REALLY concerned about it if I heard something like that repeated/imitated at home as a parent.

I would love to term but I have his little sister who I would like to keep. He is only here half day 3 days per week so I am going to keep him for the next month then he goes to summer camp. God help those poor kids!

                      Conversation with dcb yesterday afternoon:
Dcb: Someone said a bad word.
                      Me: Was it you?
                      Dcb: yes

                      ?????

I edited the title of your thread.

I've received more than 15 PM's stating the title was offensive.

I PM'ed you but you did not reply so I just wanted you to know I edited it.

                          Apologies.
