Maybe if you could fully stage one room and take pics that would even work.

Also if you want to put all those pics up maybe label the pictures

    Like kinder room
    Circle time area
    Art area
    Napping room

    Etc

This will help navigate them when looking online.

I love your website -very easy to navigate, very clean and professional looking.

When you retake photos with some children added, I would also turn on the lights. Some of the photos/rooms look kinda dark when they don't have the windows in the photos.

Nice space. I like it alot. Good luck!

How about having an open house? and advertising it at the centers that are closing. You could even round up your kids or some friends kids to have on hand so it looks like you have kids enrolled. I'd put pictures on the walls of kids artwork too - even if you make them! LOL

If the last provider gave it a bad name....I would put up a HUGE sign that says NOW OPEN UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! and also make sure all your handouts and sites state that clearly, up front, in an eye catching way

Have you changed the name? I didn't read all the posts....maybe someone already suggested that. Maybe everyone is associating it with the previous owner still.

I think with centers closing you will get calls and possibly fill to the brim. What happened to the previous families that were enrolled before?

I also have a car magnet. An open house with activities like someone suggested is also a great idea.

Also, I see bulletin boards....I would complete the bulletin boards with those bulletin board sets.....like I have a Eric Carle Very a hungry Caterpillar B. board above the table the kids eat at. It so livened up that space. I am a newly opened family child care in a separate home we bought for child care. Also, I got lots of teacher things at a dollar store.... Alphabet chart, color charts, calendar time pieces, shapes, etc. I'd put some posters or charts on the walls, not just the bulletin boards.

I don't know if you have more toys, games, etc. But some rooms look really bare. I'd put some toys on shelves in all the rooms.

Also, I don't know, but do you need to be open earlier? My experience in my area is care out of the home in group centers open by 6:00 am. Just a thought.

It looks like a great space!

Are your prices comparable to what else is available in your area?

I think the idea of putting up a big sign informing the public that everything is under new management is a very good one

Perhaps you could stage the space and take pictures. Just make it look a little warmer. Do you use pictures for online ads? That can really make a difference. Have you advertised under "new owner" just so people know? It looks like a great space and I'm sure you'll have clients, it might just take a little longer

I think I'd also somewhere on the website add the word 'licensed' just so people know for sure. I think I'd also add a picture of yourself and staff and tell us a little bit about you. Your education, experience with children, etc.

I also wouldn't hesitate to let people know it is a new center especially if the last owners were questionable. 'Under new ownership, completely remodeled, blah, blah, blah....'

I don't know about others but, to me, it is distracting to look at the photos moving by so quickly. I'd use still pics but that is just me. I'm not quite up with the newer technology. Like I really wanted to see the outdoor area because that would be important to me if I were a parent. It was hard to tell what was there as it whizzed by too fast for me. ::

It looks like a wonderful space though. I love it and would love to have something like that! Well not at my stage of the game (semi retirement) but at some point I would have.

                  Good luck!

I checked out your site, and your space does look great! Just a few suggestions:

                    1. I agree with what other people wrote: your space looks great, but it's empty (no kids!). It's clear that there really aren't any kids enrolled there, and it would make me as a parent wonder why. Others have already mentioned writing "under new management!" or "brand new program." I think you should have some friends come over with kids, and get close up photos of kids having fun in your space. I'd rather see some real photos of kids (not stock images, it is clear that the few pictures on your site that are close-ups of kids are not your own images) than pictures of your classrooms.

                    2. In your website content, you say "we" and "our program," but I don't know who you are. Can you include a staff section? Putting photos of teachers and some bio information will help a lot.

                    3. Same applies for your facebook page. Also, on the facebook page, lots of your photos are teeny-tiny and very hard to see.

I'm sure you will get clients soon! It seems like a great program.

Thank you so much for your help and advice. I will get the kids in and take pics of them. I will also get banners made that the place is under new ownership/management. I have done the comps for pricing and have a special running as well. I've been told to enjoy this time because once the kids start coming in, there will be none of this anymore. I'm trying to curb the anxiety for now
