Need Quick Policy Help

I have an interview tonight, and I have to rewrite my phb with policies that are more strict and for a school-year schedule. I have never charged a late fee or required a deposit to hold a spot, but I'm going to now and need help wording.

There is a sticky on this forum about handbooks and policies. I have gotten great info from them. I know VanessaMarina has a great one, blackcat might share hers if you email her.
