    Interviews coming!!!

I have 2 interviews today for my open spot. One is today and the other one is on Wednesday. They both are infants though one is 8 months and the other is 3 months. I don't currently take infants, but that may be changing after my interviews!!happyface

I know a lot of providers that didnt take infants until it became harder to fill spots. To be honest I would rather the 3 mos old. It would be easier to settle a younger baby into a new setting than an 8 mos. old. Im so glad you got some interviews. Fingers crossed for you!

Infants are the best! If I could have all infants I would!

Yes, if there aren't other major deciding factors, take the 3 month old.

Good luck! I am the oddball I guess, because if there were no other differences, I would take the 8 month old. At 8 months, they are less needy. Probably holding own bottle, maybe beginning food, maybe crawling, sitting up and able to play,...more interactive. I would prefer no infants (yet always seem to have them), so I would take the one that will be out of the infant stage sooner.
