Buying For a New Dayhome

When we move into our new home, I plan to open an in home daycare. I was wondering what things you feel are daily necessities?
I am planning on watching infants-5 yrs and having 3-4 children.

So far I know I need:

A changing table
A nearby sink
A mini fridge
A table to eat at
A table for play
Books
Age appropriate toys
Outdoor toys
Art supplies


Please add to my list, specifics appreciated!

Nap mats or cots & sheets
Pack and play or play yard
Bibs
Plastic dishes, utensils, cups
Baby gates if you have stairs or areas you need to gate off
Foam chairs or cushions to sit on for a soft area
Dress up
First Aid kit
Fire extinguisher
Smoke alarm
Outlet covers
Radio/CD player & CDs
Optional - rocking chair - I use one daily
If you have $ and space - dishwasher. I love mine

My kids 11 months - 4.75yrs favorite toys:

Blocks - wooden, mega blocks
Cars
Playdough
Play food & kitchen
Little People
Markers & paper (for 2+)
Easel & chalk

Outside - sandbox & slide

We have other toys but these by far are played with the most

You may also want some decor stuff - lamps, posters etc
