How to search for a thread

Can someone tell me how to search for a thread?

I'm looking for ones on providers time off.

Wondering if maybe I have to many days listed in my contract? The thing though I never take that many due to guilt from parents or like last year I used 95% of my time off sick in bed! Thanks kids for that year!

Just type in closed, holidays, vacation, time off, paid, closures etc and you get all kinds of threads

Do you go to the search area in the menu area at the top? I did, put in time off and nothing came up for that.

Yep, I used the Search function from the blue bar above and chose tag search. I typed in "time off" (without the quotation marks) and came up with these:
