I think you should do what feels right to you. If you feel comfortable about your rate, and do not feel like you will end up resenting it, then charge them what you want.
That being siad, I would only charge that low of a rate if I knew I could depend on the family 100% to not take advantage of me, not leave them at daycare when they are not working, never be late picking up, etc.
Another idea is to charge the $125 for the infant, $100 for the first school ager, and $75 for the second school ager.
