    Sick DCB

I sent a dcb home after he vomited in his plate at lunch and continued to vomit a couple more times as I was trying to get hold of someone to pick him up. Now, I am so paranoid about getting sick. I'm beyond aware every time I put my hands even close to my face, don't want to touch anything.

I've already bleaced everything and my hands are dried and reek of bleach so I'm pretty sure I'm safe, but I just can't get it out of my head that I may get ill.

I've just got too much going on right now to get sick.

Careful....the mind is a VERY powerful thing.

Don't convince yourself you WILL be sick.

Focus on the fact that you are NOT going to get sick!

Sorry, you are having such a stressful week. I hope it passes soon!

I hardly ever get sick and whenever I'm around a sick kiddo or feel a little off I say over and over to myself I WILL NOT GET SICK, I AM NOT SICK. I swear it helps! I remember a time way back when I was a kid in school, tried to play hooky one day and said I was sick, sure enough I played the part so well I actually didn't feel good for the whole day! Learned my lesson
