    MMR Vaccination

Reading through a one year program at our local college to complete classes for our QRIS requirements I noticed something odd.

Upon completion you have to have prove of a MMR vaccination! Never in my life have I heard of this, expecially for a college course.

How in the world would someone my age prove this? I have lived throughout the United States while growing up, so I'm not even sure where I would have had the shot(s).

I'm sooooo questioning this whole thing. More and more come up the more you get into it.

I think you can request titers from your doctors proving that you have immunity to the diseases, that's probably what they mean.
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

Here, the local health department keeps records of vaccinations so maybe contact the health department where you lived from 0-3.. Gosh ima t a loss, but local colleges here require mmr as well which includes an updated one at I think 6 and 12 and college. However, my daughter is allergic to the mmr shot and her charts are heavily labeled with that info. She did have the mmr #1 and #2 and when she started school they did a titer and confirmed she already had sufficient antibodies. Of course, had she not, it wouldn't have changed things. So maybe try the health department thing and call the school, tell them your problem and ask will a titer do the job instead.
