Part Time Options

I allow them to chose any 3 days and charge a higher rate, I am very close to filling all of my spots, with varied PT schedules, and making quite a bit more money.

I love part time mainly because its a higher rate. Because I do have full time kids and they are all over the place on schedules, I do have room every now and then for a part time. I also allow existing families to do no more than 4 overnights a month for like date night etc for a rate of $40 a night. I make a lot more for pt so if I can, I do

I let them choose, but they have to come at least 2 days a week. I also made up my mind when I opened that I would take 1 or 2 part time kids and the rest full time. So far I have 2 part timers- One boy comes Mon, Thurs. and Fri. and one dcg comes Mon and Fri. And have 3 full time plus my baby full time. I'm not sure if I'm going to try to fill the Tues. through Thurs. spot though.

I keep my group small, so I don't offer part-time.

I prefer the consistency day to day from a business perspective and my group is much happier and calmer when everyone's attendance is predictable and regular
