Help please! My user name is Neekie, but I can not log in and I can not remember my password. What do I do?

I am pretty sure you have to know the e-mail address you used when you signed up. If you don't know that, post and I can help you out.

Log In Help

Thanks Blackcat! Yes, I do know the e-mail address, but I got the question wrong. I am confused. Doesn't DCM stand for Day Care Mom? I lost my ability to log in where my computer got infested with some malicious mal-ware and I had to clean everything off of it and re install stuff. What a head-ache!

Ok, now I got the question to work. And I got a new password, but it doesn't work. And I know I typed it in right. This is frustrating to say the least. Blackcat, I wanted to thank you for your post, but I guess I can't till I am logged in.

I initially had problems logging in when I first joined. It wouldn't allow any passwords to go through. Michael eventually ended up sending me a temporary password but it took a few days to get everything working, if I remember correctly.

I'm sorry! I wish I knew how to reset your password or send you a temporary one....

I'm sure Michael will be along some time soon and can straighten it all out for you.

About the question....apparently some of them are case sensitive and rather than saying Day Care Mom, you have to say Daycaremom....or some other version of the correct answer.

If you try the forgot your password link again, I wonder if it'll just let you try it again?
