    Milk Regulations

I am legally not licensed so I'm not sure where I would even find this information. Is it a requirement to feed milk?

I have a 13 mo old child that is lactose intolerant (tomorrow is her last day). I gave them a more substantial term notice (by my choice) than I wanted to. There have been some issues with parents that I've posted about recently so I'd rather not get into all of that which is why I'm logged out. They are supposed to bring me Almond milk for her, which they have elected to do daily instead of bringing me some. They have elected not to bring me milk at all the last two days and just told me to give her water and apple juice. The apple juice is against my best judgement to begin with for other reasons.

Are we required to give milk?

nope. if you're not on a food program, which it sounds like you're not, then there are no requirements whatsoever about what must feed kids.
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

Are you licensed? In WI licensing regulations have meal requirements identical to the Food Program's, so even if you're not on the Food Program you have to give milk.

If you are license-exempt (legally unlicensed) then you do not have to follow any food or drink regulations. You wouldn't be able to enroll in any food program unless you are licensed (or registered I believe in some states) so their regulations don't apply to you. Even licensed FCC provider's in most cases don't HAVE to follow any food or drink regulations unless they are on the food program.

I tell my DCP's that I do not give juice here.
