    This is a Real Nightmare

So DCP decided to keep children in my care for the next 2 weeks so I'm trying to end this as smooth and professional as much as I can. But..... How do I tell DCP that dcb is acting up as usual and...... Dcb who is 5 yrs old touched a dcg who is 3 yrs old inappropriately!
How do I tell parent that I rather end all services now? This is too far and beyond!

    Just do it!

At pick up ....."I understand that you would like to finish out the final two weeks. However your child has continued to behave inappropriately and aggressively and I can no longer subject the other children to his lack of self-control. Here is a refund in the amount of ______ and services are terminated effective immediatley."

I'd put it in writing AND tell them as well.

You have no choice but to terminate IMMEDIATELY. If you don't, you could very well face charges of failure to protect the other children if he's touching them inappropriately. There is NO WAY I would want a child in my care touching another child like that...I'd have to watch him every single second and it just would not be worth it to me.

It sounds as though this is more about the other kids safety moreso than leaving on good terms.

If I already wanted to term someone or they were already leaving soon and they touched another child inappropriately, I would just term without notice because they are affecting the well-being of another child. As far as I am concerned the last 2 weeks of term care is still a probation period- they are already leaving but if the child or the parent crosses the line they are still eligible to be termed sooner.

Will they still be responsible for payment? Family still has this week and next week left. Dcb #2 is out this week and is not planning in returning back I have deposit but if DCP chooses not to bring dcb #2 DCP is still responsible for payment, right?
