Analyst Calls For "File Review"?

I get a call from my NEW analyst...I have not actually met her yet. I knew I would be getting a new one since my last inspection when my analyst told me she would be retiring.

She called to tell me she's doing a file review and wanted to confirm the number of adults that were living in the home. There was a note on my file regarding adding some adults...some of my husbands family members who I never did add yet, but who aren't living with right now.

Does this mean I'm going to be getting a visit soon? Anyone who has enough experience to give me any hints go ahead

I would be prepared for a visit. She will likely come to verify that no other adults have been added to the household if there was previously the possibility that there would be.

Update your files, make sure all of your safety measures are covered, etc. and you will be fine. I am sure you are anyway, but it never hurts to double check, just to be certain.

I don't think it indicates a visit. Our department goes through all their files once very few years to make sure that they have everything. Earlier this war we got a checklist with a few items marked that we were missing. But it was something that they were doing for everyone.

Yes, I'll be ready "just in case". I'm not actually do for an inspection until august....but I guess I should be ready. Thanks
