I'm looking to revamp my menu. Right now I do a lot of kid friendly meals that follow CACFP but aren't the healthiest (chicken nuggets, Mac & cheese, pizza, spaghetti etc) I'm wanting to do lighter meals that Are healthy and still follow the food program. I can't spend a lot
Of time cooking (I am licensed for 12 so not lots of time to keep running into the kitchen) and would like to not
Break the bank too much. I do a lot of fresh fruits but could do more and definitely need to do more fresh/frozen veggies.

Menu like this? Also, I'm just really not good with cooking the night before. We are always busy with my kids axticities. Really wanting to look into the once a month cooking techniques. It would be awesome to just heat up a main course and Add some fruits and veggies but I'm not they yet either.
