I have not posted here in what seems like a really long time, but it's only been about a month or so..

i feel so horrible for not emailing you more.... I am on operation overload right now and for the first time having to turn people away in numbers.......ugh...But I am not complaining..

Hows the working out? I just started a 7 day cleanse today!! I really miss talking to you.....

I also miss your great motivation on working out and eating healthy!!!! My work out buddy and I were just discussing hiring a personal trainer and I was so wishing you lived closer!

My hubby, boys & sil are all planning to do Tough Mudder in the fall and want me to join them... I'm trying to get in shape, but that is stretching it a bit too far! ::::::

YES you have to do a tough mudder they are a blast!!

I am doing one in June at the Marine base in SD. Eye candy galore....hahah
