I once asked a little girl at the FCC I worked at what she wanted to be when she grew up and she said she wanted to be D (the preschool teacher)- I think it was because that particular teacher let the kids get away with alot more then the other daycare teachers (including the provider) would .

The best answer I ever got to this question was ....

a very sweet, quiet, gentle, laxidasical, 4 yo DCG said "when I grow up I want to be a bunny".

It was too precious. Okay baby, you just go ahead and be a bunny.

It's nap time, so I don't have anyone to ask, but...when ds was 4yrs 11mths, he was being screened for grade advancement and was asked:

                          Screener: Does Dad work?
                          DS: Yes.
                          Screener: what does he do?
DS: He helps people and talks to the judge (was a paralegal at the time and that was how we described it to ds)
                          Screener: Does mom work?
                          DS: Yes.
                          Screener: What does she do?
                          DS: Windows!

4 yr old girl: A Golf Cart Driver!!! (Her smile was THAT big!)

3 yr old girl: A Mommy (awwwww!!!)
