    Important---Please Read

My two grandkids ages 10 and almost 17 live with me so during nap times they usually go some place so they're not disturbing the kids.

Today, they went down to the elementary school to play basketball. There were other kids there.

One of the boys picked up a plastic Dr. Pepper bottle lying on the asphalt and it blew up in his face. My grandkids said they thought it sounded like a shot gun going off.

My bet, as well as other adults who were present is that it contain toxins from Meth.

Please, please watch your little ones when out walking and talk to them about picking up anything fromt he ground...especially plastic bottles.

My grandkids are shaken, as I am...it could have happened to them.

The police were called and the boy taken to the hospital as the contents went into his eyes.

It's so scarey what this world is coming to....

That is so sad! I find myself picking up trash at the park all the time. Guess that means I better be more careful as well!

I read an article about this sometime last year. Never EVER pick up a bottle. My husband has a habit of picking up trash and throwing it away if he sees it, I had to warn him of this. Very scary!

This is what I heard also... I guess I wouldn't be surprised these days if it was meth related.

Oh thank you for the reminder! I have been to a number of meth trainings as it is rampant here too! But a person forgets and I don't know if that info about trash laying around was even in my mind any more!

Meth contents have been found in grocery sacks in parks here too! Thanks again!
