:: BC the same thing happened to me in high school with my dh. We will be together 16 years in July!

I think just reminding him that hands, feet and lips are to be kept to yourself was fine, especially since he is only 8, I highly doubt he is kissing out of anything more then affection (or really trying to annoy them).

My DS has ASD and fell in LOVE in kindergarten with a little girl in his class. That's what he told me when he came home and handed me the note that said he pushed her into the cubby and kissed her. As in "I couldn't help it Mom, I'm a boy in love." He is now in 5th grade and they have been 'boyfriend/girlfriend' ever since! It's super cute, but I did request that they NOT be put in the same class together as she has been caught 'helping' him on school work numerous times and I was concerned he wouldnt make any other friends aside from her.

Also with same ds- punching an older kid for picking on his girlfriend, giving a kid a bloody nose for BUMPING INTO HIM in gym, leaving the school because it was line dancing day in gym, hitting the kid on the winning team because he lost, drawing an 'inappropriate' (dog pulled a guys pants down and he was in underwear) comic on the smartboard for the class while the teacher went next door for a minute, and it continues....

I got in trouble once when I was in about 2nd grade. My parents had just divorced and we moved to the Midwest from the South, we left my dad and my life was in shambles. Anyway, the teacher in my new class gave everyone stickers for an assignment except me. When everyone left for lunch I lagged behind, went to her desk, took all of the stickers and threw them in the bathroom garbage. Later I heard the phone ring and could tell I was in trouble so I went to my room, crawled between the bed and wall and played dead. I can still remember my mom half yelling/half laughing "Angela I know you aren't dead!"
I always make sure to give everyone a sticker.
          I love it!!
