Looks Like I've Lost Clients

Threaten to take the families to court! If they don't pay their two weeks PLUS daily late fees actually take them to court. Or contact a collections agency. Don't let anyone get away with treating you like this.

Wow... what strikes me as soo weird (and sad!) is that as your NEIGHBOR they didn't try to keep things as amicable as possible. Even a "I totally understand your policy changes, but they're just too hard for me to manage. No hard feelings!" SOMETHING!! I mean geez, you'll be running into each other all the time! Awkward! (Well, for her. You should have nothing to feel awkward about. :hug

The bad thing is...this would not have changed ANYTHING for this client as she is subsidized pay and I accept exactly what the state pays without charging her anything else, even though the state only pays for 40 hours per week and dcb was here 50 hours per week...and often later than my closing time (as I found out from her facebook, she was going to the gym)

So the ONLY way it affected her was that she HAD to pick up by closing time at the latest, and no more than 10 hours per day...that was it. There were no other issues. Dcb loves it here...even said multiple times he wanted to live here.

So I have no idea what is going on with her...but I have decided I'm confronting her this evening and getting this hashed out one way or another.
