    Minute Menu - Changing the Account Number

    I finally went out and got a separate business account for my daycare instead of just having one account for both business and personal use. Well I've been on MMK for 45 minutes now trying to figure out how to change the account number from my personal account to my new business account. Anyone have any ideas?

    I used their online support form on Monday and have yet to hear back from them (no surprise there). I also called them four times today, got the whole "All representatives are busy" thing and wait until the next representative answers but after 5 minutes or so I get a message asking me to leave a message and then get disconnected . Hoping someone here knows the answer.

    I always call the food program specialist, she will provide you with the form. She did to me.

      If I remember right, I had to work with food program people and they fixed it with MMK. PLEASE make copies of everything you might need or save them on your computer. I lost all my meal counts and attendance! They told me there was that possibility.

        Are you looking to change account info with the on-line payment stuff or with MMK in general?

        I am confused as to what account number you mean.

          My food rep helped me by giving me a seperate password for the food program one.

          We pay for the one and then I get the other one for free. Now I did have the one I paid for first/then signed up for the food program and received that one.

            If you ever have them combined, be sure to make copies of meals and attendance. Made tax time hard for me this year when that info was lost.

              Woops sorry, ladies let me clarify. My food program only uses the basic program MMK while I use the MMK Pro and pay extra for it. My food program won't combine the two so I two separate accounts so that I can use ChildCarePay that the Pro version offers.

              The account number that I'm referring to is my bank account that the funds get deposited to, I don't know how I completely forgot to say that.

              Right now I have my Pro version set up to use the electronic payments and have my personal bank account as the account that the funds are deposited to. I just opened a business bank account and now need to change my electronic payment account from depositing into my personal account to depositing into my new business bank account so I need to change that info but have no idea how. My food program doesn't know anything about electronic payments since their version doesn't use it.

              I hope I explained it enough this time . I'm at the Drs office waiting for my appointment to start and was in a hurry posting my thread . Sorry.

                  Thanks BC. I went to that website already but it seems to be dedicated to clients not providers. I did send them an email through their electronic customer support on Monday and have not heard from them either, but thanks. I'll just have to send more emails and keep calling I guess. Thanks though !!!

                    Thanks for trying ladies got it resolved. Turns out that there is a completely separate website for MMK customer care. I got a response through email saying that they had already tried contacted me and that I didn't respond. I asked to explain further because I never got a response from them and they said that I wasn't checking the right place .... well duh, if you had sent me a link to the customer care website and a loogin and password for it then I would have been able to log in and check it . Got a response back with a link, login and password and they unlocked a special screen for me in the accounting section. Thanks for trying .
