Michigan Providers - Re: Sleeping Rules

I looked through my TA manual & the licensing rules/regs. I know under 12 months they can't have anything in the pnp/crib w/them.

I have a 13 month old who can't sleep w/o her blankie but isn't ready to move to a cot. (She's a mover and fell off no less than 5 times at each nap for a week straight.)

Anybody know if I can have a blanket in a pnp/crib with a child OVER 12 months?

    TIA

In Utah, you can have a child IN a PNP/crib over age 1.

However, you cannot take them OUT of one until they turn 12 months.

A blanket is OK here if they are over 12 months and in a crib/PNP.

If you were in my state, you would be OK to give her the blanket.
