    Update...

    So, Mom kept child home on Tuesday, she mentioned he vomited once more in the car on the way home, but nothing since then - but was experiencing some diarrhea, so she would keep home. Awesome, (me thinking you'd be home anyway for the 24 hour symptom free rule for puking). This morning, she comes and says;

    "DCB is doing better, no more puking and no more diarrhea. He hasn't slept a wink of nap yesterday, and he did not sleep very good last night either. I expect he'll nap for you, and I'll check in with you around 1 to see how he's doing. If he doesn't nap well, I'll just come and get him." She arrived around 8:30. I put him down for a 9:30 nap, he woke up at 10:10 with MASSIVE Yellow blow out (like change the sheets, and give the kid a bath blow out).

    Diarrhea free my A$$ I bet she had a meeting this morning, medicated and prayed he wouldn't poop till after 1. I really hope none of the other kids get this, I've been cleaning toys non stop. I did tell her that he needs to be symptom free for diarrhea too for 24 hours before returning. They have the day off tomorrow (he only comes 4 days a week). I also have a cold and it's not helping my mood today

    This is a 'crappy' spring break

      Oh yuck! Don't you wish you could get away with a "Didn't Follow My Policies" fine for situations like this?

          I hope you called her to pick him up immediately and told her you'd see her next week!
