    Potty Training Help!

I am currently trying to help potty train a 3 year old dcb, but we are struggling! I've only been doing daycare for two years and I don'y have any kids of my own yet, so I've never had to deal with potty training before.

After months of working on going pee on the potty, he's finally getting that down. He still has a couple accidents, but for the most part he does just fine. Getting him to go poop on the potty is the issue.

He will usually wait until he has a diaper on at nap time or bed time to go poop so that he can do it in his diaper. Other times he will start to go in his underwear and I will catch him doing it, so I will quick run him to the bathroom to sit on the potty to finish, but he will never finish going on the potty. Like today I caught him.. he hardly had anything in his underwear, so I knew he had more to do, but after 20 minutes of sitting on the potty and crying/reading books, I let him get off and go play even though he didn't go.

Any advise? Am I doing something wrong or should I be doing something more?

His parents and I have a reward system that we are doing. He gets a skittle when he goes pee on the potty and he picked out a watch with his parents to get when he goes poop on the potty 5 times.
