I used to let my babies run around in just a diaper or a onesie, especially in triple temp summers. Some of my friends have a "chonie Sunday" where they all stay home in their comfiest clothes and watch movies. Their girls would strip down to their undies immediately after church, so they just went with it. It was cute.

Heck, I just wish I looked cute enough to get away with so little clothing!

At home I usually let my kids run around in just a diaper. Or a diaper and t-shirt. We use cloth diapers and they're so cute! When they were crawling I'd put those babyleg leg warmers on them to protect their knees. My two year old also likes to run around in just underwear. The kids are always bathed and hair combed. If we are going ANYWHERE I make sure they are fully dressed (in clothes, not PJ's) including shoes.

Honestly, if I could I probably wouldn't wear clothes either.

Everybody does Chonie day around here too. For me, it's every evening after i've taken a bath...it's right into Boxers and a tank top. (never just chonies.....that'd be so awkward)

Have you seen the video of the 5 year old who called 911 because her dad was having chest pain? She was really concerned because she was still in her jammies and said she needed to go to her room to get dressed, but she didn't know yet what she would wear. The operator convinced her to stay beside her dad, but she kept mentioning it.

Cloth diapers are so cute, you almost never cover those up anyway, because they are like part of the outfit.

My Mom was born in the 30s. Most of her baby pictures were taken outside in a diaper. My aunts and uncles too. My Father who grew up in the same neighborhood has similar pictures, but he was always in a diaper shirt... always a fancy shirt that snapped near the sides. But, no pants.
My baby's diaper will be showing a lot because I think cloth diapers are SO STINKING CUTE!!! I have all sorts of cutesy ones.

Sagging, pee soaked disposable diapers? Not too cute.

My two youngest are perpetually in diapers and no clothes. My nearly three year old is attempting to potty train and likes to wear underwear over his cloth diaper. He doesn't want it covered up, so he runs in an underwear/diaper. My youngest hates to get dressed and it's not worth the fight (13 months), so he is always just in a diaper, maybe a diaper and pants, or baby legs. He wears cloth diapers and it's a shame to spend so much on them and cover up the most adorable designs.
