    MMK Problem

    So I have not been able to apply all regular in/out times for DCKs for a few weeks now. That button is not visible any more. Meaning I have to manually enter the in/out times for EACH child.

    ITS A PAIN !!!

    I emailed customer support and gave my contact info but nobody ever replied to me.

    Has anyone ever had this problem?

    Is there an update that you are missing? It may just not be working properly because of an update ?!?! I did an update about 2 weeks ago so that could be the issue. To check if you need an update go to the main menu and click "File" at the top of the left side of the window then click on "Check for Updates".

    I wouldnt bother emailing them, they take forever to contact you that way if ever. Just call them.
