I just have to say I ADORE you and all your posts and no I'm not being sarcastic.

I would love to know more about how you set up your daycare and operations to have everything run so smoothly and businesslike. I've been a DCP for 11 years now and have recently run into several issues with parents that I have not had before. I'm worried I'm losing my edge and need to beef myself up.

I've recently moved to a LCOL area and daycare is pretty competitive with a lot of lowballing SAHM's offering awful care. However there is a definite market that I need to tap into for families needed quality care at a higher cost.


I especially need a new interview process because some seemingly okay parents slipped right past my "RUN FAST! RED FLAG ALERT!" radar into care.


Any advice would be great.
