Anyone have theirs they are willing to share? Just the spreadsheet. I just realized the booklet I have is from 2012 and it would take forever to create one in excel.

It would be greatly appreciated.
I have a planner that I purchased online. I write the kids names in based on attendance. If someone is absent, I erase their name. I also write each day how many breakfasts, lunches, and snacks I serve.
As for payments, most of my families pay monthly so I purchased a double copy receipt book at Walmart. The parent gets a copy and the other copy stays in the book.
At the end of the year I make a spreadsheet indicating the total paid.
For attendance I use a planner also. I do it all in pencil and like wdmom I erase their name when they are absent. I also have a binder with tabs for different children with sign-in sheets for each one. Parents sign the kids in and I have that extra reassurance.
Then I mark the attendance in Minute Menu Kids Pro at the end of every month. That's where I log expenses, mileage, meal counts etc.
Yes. The food program uses Minute Menu Kids. Minute Menu Kids Pro is for anyone else that wants to use it.
The food program's version is simple compared to the pro version which does a WHOLE lot. I'm on the food program and I still paid the fee to be able to use the Pro version because I think it's so worth it.

I have a iMAC, can i use it with iMAC? I thought it wasn't compatible. Also if it does, what would be the cost of it?
I only have one DCG now so i don't know if it would be worth it at this time. I have found some spread sheets online that i was looking for.

You should be able to. A DC provider that I know uses it on her Mac but I think she says she uses it through something called Crossover??? I don't have a Mac so I don't know what that is but apparently it allows Mac users to install and use PC programs.

I use Pro, at least it says Kids Pro when I'm signed in, but don't have to pay for it. It's the one that my food program uses. I thought everyone that used it on the food program got Pro????
