Found My Backbone and Had SUCCESS

I don't know if any one here remembers but a couple months ago I had a family go on vacation after the holidays and they were in the Caribbean for the ENTIRE month of January. Well needless to say after being 3 weeks late on tuition they pulled their kid out instead of paying me their fees. After avoiding me for another month, I finally put on my big girl panties and sent a letter stating the fee's and then told them I'd reduce it to the 2 week withdraw notice fee and 50% of the late fee or I would be taking them to court. I sent the letter and a copy of the contract and policy with the areas that applied. Well, guess what came in the mail today?.. .A FREAKING CHECK!!!!! I'm shocked. And proud of myself.
