Dept of Health Immunization Record?

Is your dept of health asking for a complete list of who has what immunizations in your child care program?? Theyre asking also for who isnt immunized as well?? Can they do this? Theyres a "fine" for not completing it as well....

We have to provide this annually.

They are the State Health Department and have the authority to review any children's immunization records. I don't know about your state, but in Texas, if a provider has had their records reviewed in the last year by DSHS, Licensing does not have to review them. It is worth asking your inspector if you have one.
