What Do You Do During Nap Time?

I feel like everything I could possibly be doing I have already done. I'm overly bored at the moment!

I find I need a good mix of work/downtime. If I relax too much then everyone wakes up and I feel overwhelmed and underprepapred. If I work too much I don't get enough down time and then I feel crabby.
So I fold laundry, do paperwork, read a book, goof off online, etc. If I feel bored I start prepping PM snack. ::

            Clean up from lunch.
            Sterilize toys.
Make my own lunch and eat.
Throw in a load of laundry/move laundry to dryer/fold laundry.
            Other chores (organizing, sweeping, etc.)
            Bill paying.
            Clean the kid's bathroom.
            RELAX!

My dh usually cleans up and does dishes so we can eat lunch together. I get caught up on paperwork, spend some time with dh and ds and goof off on here.

                Well, let's see... I

Have a glass or two of wine
                Eat a few chocolates
                Run a few errands
Have a little *special* time with my hubby

Oh, wait... You asked what DO I do, not what I wish to do!

Generally, I eat lunch, help my dd with her schoolwork (we homeschool), straighten up a little, and watch the news. I am a news hound and feel a deep need to be informed!

My daycare kids are asleep in the next room so I try to keep this floor very quiet. I mostly Internet, read or work on craft prep for the next day. I eat with the kids and the hardest thing for me is to not snack more.

My dcg is asleep in my living room and i am in my dining room. i have a very open floor town home. laundry is up stairs and all folded. i am trying not to fall asleep. LOL.

What kind of craft prep do you do? I'm looking for a project I can do with 1.5 to 2 years olds.

If I'm tired, I'm in my recliner in the same room as the kids also...otherwise, I try to research projects and activities for the daycare, or get on here, check email etc while it's quiet.

This is my down time and I'm not going to use it cleaning when I'll be doing it all over again once the kids wake up. What I don't get done in between morning and afternoon activities and what I do in the evenings...doesn't get done.

I stay on top of everything though so it doesn't accumulate, try to keep my weekends free of household chores.

Cutting out stuff, searching for colouring sheets, making colouring sheets if I am ambitious etc.
I do weekly themes. In January we start one letter every week and that gets us to the end of the school year.
This week we are doing I and J together and we have the theme of Sports on top of that. I usually do one painting, one gluing, one colouring and one baking craft a week and then on Fridays they bring in images that they (their parents) have snipped that go along with our theme and we make a collage.
My kids are all between 2 1/2 and 2 years old.

Once I get the kids all down for nap, my DH and I have lunch together.

Then after he leaves, I do whatever chores need doing. I clean the bathroom, do the dishes, vacuum the floor, wipe down tables and chairs, do paperwork and get activities ready for the afternoon.

                            Basically anything that needs doing.

I have plenty of things that I could be doing and if there is any mess left from lunch I finish cleaning that up and I'll typically mop as well (I'll throw mopping in there once or twice a week depending on how ugly it looks ) Otherwise I catch up on some TV, read, play games, goof around online - etc. I like my down time at naptime
