    Finished Playroom!

I spent a few hours shopping with my mom Friday night looking for cheap carpet and a VERY FUN trip to dollar tree for wall hangings and baskets, a good chunk of saturday, and 12 hours yesturday finishing our playroom. Well, it isn't totally finished as believe it or not I still have more stuff to bring down and want to buy more wall hangings from our other Dollar Tree but, it is very usable now and I can't wait to go down there today!!happyfacehappyfacehappyface I love the way it turned out! I always thought I would hate our basement until we finished it but, I love this playroom! This will be very good for my laundry as well! pics are uploaded also!

This made me chuckle! Do what to the floors? The tile was always there and is probably 50 years old! The pieces of carpet we bought at Lowes for $177(.63 a square foot) I decided to leave the middle tile because of the chalkboard and these guys like to set up bowling pins too. The only thing is I wish we could've afforded padding for the carpet! Another day!

They are in the decor group or under my name. I made them public so you should be able to see.

I just checked out the pictures! I only recently joined the decor group & I'm getting some great ideas I keep hearing people mention the Dollar Store for wall hangings? Is this dollar store or dollar tree? I need some wall hangings and have a bunch in "my cart" with Amazon but have yet to "check out". Do ALL dollar stores have these? I might have to make a quick trip to mine,I never go there...

I get all my wall hangings at Dollar Tree. They just opened a new store a mile from my house!! I am sooo excited! I love going there for party supplies, too. Mylar balloon for a buck. How can you beat that??
