I have been reading all of the great advice on this site for a while now, but just registered today in order to ask:
What do you do in order to re-energize and re-charge yourselves?
I love my job. I have been a childcare provider for 7 years now and I love the kids, I have been blessed with really great DCPs, I love working from home and I love being available to my own children but I have found myself really disengaged and apathetic the last month or so. Usually Mondays and Tuesdays are okay (rest for the weekend helps I am sure
) but Wed, Thurs and Fridays are a struggle. The last two weeks or so the weekend break has not been enough to "bring back that lovin' feeling". I don't know how to define exactly what is wrong, I am just cranky all the time. Sorry for the vagueness of the question, but what do other providers do to re-charge and enjoy the day and the job?
