Apparently I have REALLY good nappers? My neighbors have a barn on fire right now. Firetrucks, water trucks, police and ambulance (only precautionary, from the sounds of it no people were hurt) have been screaming past back and forth like mad the last 45 minutes - not a peep out of ANYONE.
To boot they were lambing in that barn (my BIL is a fireman on the dept said it looked like heat lamps were the cause) so they tried to save who they could by just letting the ones in the end pens race out. There are people on four wheelers trying to round them up in the field next to our house. I know their ram and can see him out there, I think it's cute they think they're going to get him that way when he's usually very ornery and right now probably already scared out of his mind on top of that.
It's complete chaos outside and inside none of the children are moving a muscle, tis a bit creepy actually......
