MMK where can I print the initial enrollment form?

Something happened earlier today while enrolling a child, I thought I had saved it to print later? I'm really not sure what happened to the form but I need to print the initial form. Where can I find it?

Go to the drop down and select the child. Below the basics of the child's name and relation to you, there should be a button to print the form.

ty! now how can I edit the info?

I don't see that button like CedarCreek sees but I have minute menu kids pro, not the free version that the food program uses so mine is probably different but to change the information you just go to child Information and choose the child that you want to the edit the information for and then just change the information that you want. Once you finish just print out the new report.
