    Own child youngest DCK?

In September I will have spaces due to DCK going to Kindergarten. I have 2 children of my own, the youngest is currently 10 months the other 2 3/4.

Do you think it is better to have your own infant as the youngest or does it not really matter. I'm talking about until they are about 18 months when they are more independent and mobile. I don't want to feel like I am taking time away from my son that should be spent on him and babies can be very demanding of time. However, most people here looking for day are are looking for a space for a 9-12month old. My preference would be for DCK age 3 then 4 then 2, but I don't know that I will be able to be that picky.

What would you/have you done? How did it work out?

If you are able to wait it out until an older kid comes along, I would.

I have never done child care with my own kids being that young but as a parent, I would want my youngest child in attendance to be my own.

My youngest child will be my baby that's due in September for a few years!
I only accept children ages 3-5.

I'd much rather have my baby be THE baby.
