why I don't take school aged kids...there's no school today due to weather and the one and only SA kid I have has been a pain. It's not that she's misbehaving, but she's doing things that I teach the little kids not to do...such as during lunch they must stay seated until they are finished. She's been up and down, looking out the window, looking at the art projects they made.
Now, the kids are watching a movie (I usually have them watch 30 minutes of cartoons to unwind before lunch...but since she's here, it's Flintstones movie) and she keeps trying to play with the toys, rather than be quiet so the little kids can unwind for naps. Up and down to the bathroom, complaining about getting hand sanitzer in a cut on her hand.
No way am I going to go through this over summer...and hopefully I remember this so I don't take on any more SA when I have only 3-4 yo's...they are so much harder to entertain.
