Well That's One Way To Get A Day Off

Last night I get home from my food program to training to find that the heat went out in our home! It's -25 wind chill outside and the heat goes out. So now I'm waiting on the heating guy to come help me out since my husband is away. Of course, I have to have that one parent who only says "do I have to pay you if you close?" Sigh....thanks for your kindness. Appreciate it.

Oh no! I hope the guy is able to come out quickly and fix it. Do you have any space heaters to keep you warm in the meantime?

We had our heat go out a couple times at our old house (old boiler), it was never THAT cold out, but always on the coldest days of the year it seemed to happen. Go figure.

We have one space heater. My two kids and I slept in my room with all the dogs (my husband is out of state for a funeral....figures) and we stayed quite warm up there. This morning is a different story.

Around 1 the sun came shining through so it really did help!
