Truthful response coming. I would not hire you. Assault to me is violence. You would be a HUGE liability to me. My families could sue me if something happened. It is my job to keep these families safe. Hiring someone who assisted a police officer could wreck my business.

Hello, im new to this so hope i did this right. I want to open a home daycare in Pa. and im told everyone that lives within the household needs to have the background check done. A person within the home has a harrassment on their record. Would that prevent us from having a daycare.Comment

I have a few misdemeanors from my past. Small weed changes , fta, and domestic harassment. I was a wild child. I struggled severally to heal from childhood abuse. I've changed my life. Built my credit and I've worked really hard to better myself. My heart calls to work with troubled girls. A home for these ladies has a job opening and I have every intention of being honest about everything Do you think I'll even be eligible to work with children because of my past??
