Need Help With Close Day Notice

I print out notices for the DKP's when I plan to be closed.
Next wednesday i need to close for a Doctors appt, which is 2hrs away so i need to close all day.
Do i need to put down the reason why I am closing for the day or just a simply will be closed so have backup childcare?

Yes I wouldn't tell them unless they really pushed. I doubt they will push!

I usually know ahead of time when I'm closing so I will put it on the calendar by the sign in area. I just remind them to make sure to look at the calendar for closing days, field trips, etc.
