Is This Normal Behavior?

I watch a 20 month old girl, she is very chatty, very quick thinking, very cute but does some things that are.......... questionable ...for example ,when i put her for nap, sometimes she falls asleep pretty quickly, or sometimes she just strips and gets naked......pampers and all
Also while we are eating or if were siting at the table about to start an activity or actually anywhere she will just spit on something and rub it everywhere and then smother her spit all over her hands (i wish there was a nauseaus smilies)...

so is this normal behavior for a toddler?:confused:
