I can have 8 kids four and under, and 4 kids four and over. 12 total.
Once my baby comes I can have baby, 6 kids four and under, and 4 kids four and older. 11 total, unless I have an assistant then the ratio can be 12 infants if I wanted it to be. ::
I currently have 9 children enrolled (two are part-time). I cut 3 and 1 is leaving for a special education program.
I am a nanny but I work out of my home. I watch one little boy and every other week watch a friend's foster baby for two hours while she goes to an appointment. My own kids are 6 and in first grade, so I drop them off at school, pick up nanny kid at his house, have a fun day, pick my kids up at school and then his mom picks him up from my house.
ETA: I can have up to 5 kids and still be unlicensed as long as my own kids are school age. If they weren't, they would have to be counted in that 5.
Licensed. Here you can only care for 1 unrelated family if you aren't licensed. I can have 12. 2 school age, 10 under school age with 2 under 2, but only 1 can be an infant.
I am running under a different license for a few more months tho which gives me 10 total. 2 SA, 8 under SA age with 3 being under 2, but no more than 2 infants.
Legally unlicensed, I currently have a 16 month old 6 days a week 12 hour days, and a 12 month old 4 days a week 5 hours a day, trying to expand and get more, I just had an interview earlier today actually for a brother and sister 3 and 18 months.
I am Listed-which is what you guys call legally unlicensed. I am signed up with DFPS and hubby and I have had background checks. I'm not allowed on the food program and can only have 3 children. (Not sure if my own kids would count since I don't have any still at home.)
