My minute menu is gone! My computer crashed so i redownloaded the program and there is nothing in there! All of a years worth of stuff is gone! What do i do

Don't worry. All you need to do is reload the program. The info is not kept on your computer. Just put in your name and password and it should all be there!

I tried that but there is nothing. It loads like i have never done anything with it. I know i was set to renew soon, do you think they just dumped everything?

2012 entered info would be accessed through "forms" by choosing "last year". It is too late to alter it, IME.

Anything entered in 2013 should still be there.

Look in the online handbook for contact numbers.

YEAH!!!! Apparently i had the wrong log in information. I must have switche log in names somewhere between trail and purchasing. Anyway all good now. Which is good cause its tax time

Glad you got it figured out! My computer crashed at the end of the year last year and when I went to log on, it wouldn't let me either-I forgot I had changed the password
