I've been thinking on this and what if the Food Programs have been having people claim wrongly, paid us, and then providers have to pay it all back because we weren't suppose to claim it in the first place.

My take from this is that you can claim it for your food programs but not on the standard allowance, if that makes sense to you.

dear government, please make this easier.

This one I find interesting also and wonder why we can't claim the child if they are eating:

It's so interesting how a FEDERAL program is so different in each state! We can even claim breast milk!!!

The food program paying has nothing to do with taxes.
