If You Are Going To Let Your Child...

Stay up 4 hours past their bedtime because you are having a Super Bowl party, please plan on taking the next day off so your child can act up for you all day.

And I love this comment - "(dck) should nap well today". Yeah, well, I have to actually GET to naptime!

I have 2 here that I know were up late because of their behavior. Constant fighting ALL morning! Thank goodness it's nap time!

I don't think any of mine partied hard. :: They're just their usual cranky Monday selves.

Ha - my dck's mom did stay home today, but guess what - she still brought the dck who got to stay up all night at the super bowl party. I feel your pain!

Monday naps are always longer than any other day.

Yep, same story here. My comments were, "Feel free to give 2 naps today if needed" from one DCM and "He may be extra tired today" from another. Apparently extra tired = acceptable to bite all other DCK's. Is it Friday yet?!?!? ::

Yep....(maybe that's why Fridays are always more rough...the naps are shorter ::!).

I have to admit, though, my kids are also the ones to be more prone to napping longer on Mondays. With the weekends being the best time to get out of the house, our schedule is always out of whack. Come Monday, I think they relish in the routine of things.

I have to say, my dcks never nap any longer, no matter the day. Today was the same hour and a half as usual. I must not be living right!

Dcb napped for a little over 4 hrs Monday...I kind of felt like a b#*@% for letting him sleep that long but there are other issues that constitute why I did.
