No Reply

I have had at least 10 people reply to my Craigslist ad about my opening. I always reply promply (my emails go to my phone). I have not had one person reply to my reply. Only one asked about my rates or anything. I'm getting frustrated. I need to fill this spot asap!

I'm going through the same thing. I wish that even if they weren't interested after getting my reply that they would just let me know so I wasn't left wondering and hoping.
