This morning we have a termination letter to the consistent late payment/Tylenol every 4 hours/ failure to thrive/wrong formula to water ratio family, who last night became very upset that they would have to pay for a week he was out - and wanted to negotiate with us.
Her response was "we were going to give you one next week anyway" in a 13 year old attitude voice & walked out the door.
