What is printed on your business checks?

My personal checks just have my name and address. The daycare I'm at has the owner's name, daycare's name beneath it, phone number, then address. I'm just wondering what is on your business checks? Thanks!

Get a PO Box and put that on everything. I don't use my home addy on anything public.
