That's what I was thinking. Actually, the first thing I thought was, "20 3 year olds by yourself, what a nightmare!"

Technically no. My "assistant" (10:1 ratio) was always sleeping off a hangover from the night before. She'd arrive at 8am (1/2 hr after kids were dropped off) in clothes from the night before with sunglasses & a gallon of water, head to the library corner, sleep until 5pm, change clothes, do her hair & make-up, greet parents at p/u (5:30) and leave at 6pm.

The kicker-she was the boss's daughter & making $4 more an hr than me.

I ran a VERY tight ship in that room-for sanity reasons.

        I thought of another one!

I had a "handsy" child who was my shadow when he was having one of those days. We were walking down the hall, hand in hand, when I turned the corner. I misjudged how much room he needed & walked the poor kid into the wall face first.

I've done that too! Except it was a door frame. I felt so bad
